David M. Cowan
Owner/Founder
David is the owner and founder of the firm. He has been a courtroom lawyer since 1990. His entire life’s work has been dedicated to representing those who have been harmed or killed by wrongful conduct. He earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in 1990. David is a 1986 graduate of the University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, with a minor in English. He and his wife Lana have four children, Anna, Savanna, Scarlett and J.D. Away from the office, David enjoys family time, the outdoors, and working on his farm in Jena, Alabama. David is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Alabama.
